Frequently Asked Questions
In our business, we get many of the same types of questions from both one-time and regular clients. This section will help answer some of the most common questions from people like you. All of our regular clients receive a more detailed list of these commonly asked questions.
Do I have to provide my own supplies?
“No” We bring our own supplies, equipment, and tools because (1) we have tested our products to make sure they provide quality results, (2) our employees are trained in their proper use, and (3) to free you from having to keep track of what we need before your scheduled cleaning day. If you would like us to use your cleaning product or equipment, we ask that you call the office for pre-approval.
What do I do if I need other work done on my maintenance clean than we agreed on in my consultation? Can I ask my service tech to add extra work to their list during their clean?
“No” Our teams are instructed to follow the work requirements as outlined on your Service Agreement. If you have any extra needs, please contact our office at least 2 business days before your scheduled cleaning so we can be sure to schedule and approve the extra time in your home. We must be fair with all of our clients and technicians.
Can I tip my technician?
“Yes” Tips are always appreciated but not expected or required. Feel free to add your tip to your payment or leave cash in sealed envelope marked “Cleaning Tip.” 100% of the tip will go directly to your assigned technician(s), and not the company as a whole. Your technician will notify the office of their tip received, and you are encouraged to notify the office as well so that there are no miscommunications regarding money given/received.
When do I pay for the service?
Do I have any guarantees with your service?
“Yes” While we can guarantee the areas expected to be cleaned will be cleaned thoroughly and appropriately, we do not provide refunds of monies given for services performed. Please contact our office within 24 hours or before 11:00 a.m. the day following your cleaning appointment (11:00 a.m. Monday for Friday Cleanings) and we will make every effort to correct any problem and clean any areas missed within a timely manner.
